Educational Background and Business Experience
Mr. Hoover attended and was graduated from Emory University in 1973 with a degree in Economic History and in 1977 with a Master’s Degree in Economic History.
For the past 7 years, Mr. Hoover has served as principal, client advisor and portfolio manager for AMS Advisors and its successor Concordius Advisors. He left Concordius in November 2014 and joined Euclid as a principal in November 2014.
Mr. Hoover has worked in the financial services industry since 1979. He has held numerous senior positions with Fleet Boston Financial and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Other Business Activities
Mr. Hoover receives no commissions, bonuses or other compensation based upon the sale of securities or other investment products, including distribution or services (“trail”) fees from the sale of mutual funds.
